Maria Carolina Papa Pagano
Carol holds a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Mauá, a specialization in counseling from Saint Paul – Business School, and a specialization in portfolio management from New York University (NYU). She has over 25 years of experience in wealth management in São Paulo and New York, 11 of which were spent at J.P. Morgan, and has been assisting us on the events committee for over 2 years.

Ana Cristina Amaral Ferraz
Ana, a social entrepreneur with a degree from the USP Law School, is also a member of the boards of the TUCCA Association, the Protea Institute, the Rizomas Institute, Santa Plural – Scholarship Fund, and a member of the strategic partnerships committee of Pró-Saber SP. In addition, she is a partner of the FeFig Institute, the Ad Maiora Institute in Education, and a tutor for the Absorbing Love-SP project.

Renata Cavalcanti Biselli
A business administration graduate from PUC-SP, with an MBA in Management and Social Entrepreneurship from FIA/USP and experience in the social sector in organizations such as J.P. Morgan, ISMART, Comunitas, Insper, and Santander. Currently, she works in the non-profit sector and is an advisor to several civil society organizations.

Romeu Amaral
Lawyer, arbitrator, and professor in São Paulo. Holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Faculty of Law of USP (University of São Paulo). He is a professor at IBMEC, an arbitrator at Cames and CAM-CCBC, a partner at Amaral Lewandowski Advogados, and a consultant to the World Bank for the reform of Mozambique’s Commercial Code.

Thais Barbosa
Social worker and art educator. Has extensive experience in multidisciplinary work with families in situations of social vulnerability, development and application of technical measurement tools in social assistance. Works in Primary Health Care, as a social worker in a traditional primary health care unit and in the Neonatal ICU at the Cachoeirinha Maternity School.

José Luiz Sá de Castro Lima

Luis Spinardi
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp, he worked in the Supply Chain area at Unilever and Kraft Heinz, where he was Manufacturing Director of the largest food factory in Europe, in England. With an MBA from London Business School, Luis led – together with our team – the opening of an NGO in England with the aim of raising donations for IC.
